First, allow me to share not what they did do, but what they didn't. Ordered from there two days ago, and the first time they delivered my order, it was the wrong one. The second time, though, while the food was correct, it had made me ill, and the driver that delivered to me a second time was rude. I called and spoke with the manager in the morning, he apologized profusely, explained his situation, explained how short staffed he was, but he gave us a partial credit for our order, but that also he would speak to the driver, and hoped we would consider eating with them again. This is two days later, had a busy day, remembered the partial credit, and took a second chance on this place. Not only was the service out of this world, but the manager delivered it to our door personally to apologize once again, and explain he had hired a new driver and thanked us for giving his store another chance. What didn't he do? He didn't make excuses. He listened to the customer, heard they had a problem, heard their complaint, and did his best to rectify the issue despite being handcuffed by company policy and made it his mission to make sure the time after his customer had a poor experience, that things went smoothly the next time they ordered. Above and beyond customer service, and this time, the food was delicious, and cannot say enough good things about this place. Give it a try, and if it's been a while, or you had a previously bad experience, try it again. I urge you. Great food, great management, good people. You will NOT be disappointed.

This locale is the bomb, …always hot, always delicious… I never regret spending my money here. They was busy tonite, which is absolutely understandable…never have I had to wait here, always hot and ready when I arrive. Eat here, and tip the crew!….they deserve it…

I've ordered from Marco's for a year and a half now. Every time, pick up or delivery, its hot and great! I haven't had a bad experience from Marco's. The owner of the Brandt Pike location is very professional and super nice. He comes in to my work from time to time and he's still the same nice man. The delivery drivers are fast and nice. I recommend this location to everyone.

I went in to get a steak sub for lunch (around noon on 1-16-2026). The store was clean and I was greeted immediately. The man working was very friendly, polite and helpful. He made the sandwich quickly and packaged it perfectly. Really. The service, packaging and sandwich were just like the pictures and TV ads. Perfect. I am so used to receiving food that looks nothing like the pictures and grumpy service, that this was shocking. It was all really perfect and I look forward to going to them again. Thanks!
